My Approach

It is my belief that you know what you want your life to be like, and I am here to help you get there.  As a practicing psychotherapist, specializing in behavioral health issues, I feel it is important to approach each client with respect and dignity.  I honor each clients' truth and life experiences. My clients' issues frequently include anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, abuse, relationship issues, trauma resolution, stress management, grief, loss, divorce recovery, and other areas of concern.  I consider my client and myself to be a team working together to create a positive and beneficial outcome.

Depending on the need and request of my client, I also offer hypnosis as an adjunct with therapy when it can benefit the client.  Hypnosis can also be used for motivational purposes to aid people in making changes in their lives that doesn't necessarily call for psychotherapy.  Motivational hypnosis includes self-confidence, public speaking, memory/recall, and relaxation.

In other areas, I also serve as an onsite consultant to various corporations and assist individuals trying to cope with today's corporate realities. Psychodrama can be used as a beneficial option for groups of varying sizes.
