Tobie is a native Houstonian.  She received her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University, and obtained her Master of Arts in General Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston, Clear Lake.  She also is certified in hypnosis from the PATH Foundation.  Tobie is a member of the American Psychological Association and stays abreast of the newest strategies and approaches by engaging in various continuing education classes and workshops.  Her office is a warm and relaxed environment where clients feel safe and secure sharing their challenges and obstacles. Part of Tobie's leisure time is spent with her family and her rescue dogs, Priya and Eros.  She also enjoys time outdoors especially in and around water.  Tobie is an avid reader, and is active in an on-going book-club.
